1.Introduction

The web site Glamest.com is managed and maintained by Glamest srl, with registered office in Italy at Via valle 125, 17022, Borgio Verezzi (Savona), tax code and VAT number 01660660091, business register number 166375.
The following General Sale Conditions regulate the purchase of products on Glamest.com so all Users must read and accept before executing any order.
The products offered on the web site Glamest.com are destined to the Final Customer. By “Final Customer”, Glamest srl intends person or persons who do not operate their own entrepreneurial nor professional activity that may include but not be limited to the re-sale of products purchased at Glamest.com (art.3 del Codice del Consumo - Decreto Legislativo emanato a norma della Legge 29 luglio 2003 n. 229). Therefore, Glamest srl invites Users who may not be considered a “Final Customer” to refrain both from attempting to establish business relations with Glamest.com nor to use accounts of third parties to forward purchase orders relative to the products on sale. In regard to the commercial policy described above, Glamest srl reserves the right to not process orders from persons that are not the Final Customer and any other orders that are not in conformity with the said commercial policies.

To place orders at Glamest.com Clients must:

- Be 18 years or older.
- Have a valid e-mail address.
- Be eligible and competent to enter legally binding contracts.
- Be an individual as defined as a “Final Customer”

2. Conclusion of the contract

To place an order for the purchase of one or more products on Glamest.com, the User must create a Glamest Account ('using the Register' form) and fill out the online order form and send it electronically to Glamest srl.
Before submitting its order, the User will be asked to accept the General Sale Conditions.
Glamest srl may not process purchases when there are not sufficient guarantees of solvency, when orders are incomplete or incorrect, or the products are no longer available. In these cases, lamest srl shall inform you by e-mail that the contract has not been executed and that Glamest srl has not carried out your purchase order.

3. Warranties

Glamest srl, by the web site Glamest.com, offers only original, authentic and top quality products. Glamest srl does not sell second-hand products. Glamest srl shall not be liable in the event that the photographs of the products for sale on Glamest.com do not closely match reality because of the settings of the monitor, browser or any other malfunctions independent of Glamest srl. The prices of the products sold on Glamest.com are subject to change (and may differ depending on the Country in which the product is to be shipped). With respect to deliveries outside the European Union, some administrative burdens, such as, for example, customs duties cannot be determined in advance; in those cases, those administrative burdens will be borne by the customers. The User is then asked to verify the final price before concluding its purchase.

“Glamest” and “Glamest.com” are registered trademarks of Glamest srl, which is the exclusive owner.
All of the other signs which are used for distinguishing the products sold on Glamest.com posted on the web site are registered trademarks of the respective owners and are used on Glamest.com only for the purpose of distinguishing and describing the products sold on Glamest.com. Most of the trademarks posted on the web site and concerning the products for sale on Glamest.com are famous and well known to the general public so the User is not authorised, without the consent of any owner of the registered trademarks posted on Glamest.com, to use such trademarks.

5. Copyright

Glamest srl is the exclusive owner of the web site Glamest.com and its contents. This includes, but is not limited to, the documentation, images, characters, design, software, codes and format scripts. The material included in the web site Glamest.com is protected by copyright. Reproduction, modification, transmission, re-publication and/or re-distribution to third parties for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited without the express written consent from Glamest srl. Therefore Glamest srl does not allow the use of the web site’s contents or the trademark for any other purpose than what is written above.

10. Return Policy

11. Orders cancelletion

To cancel an order the User must write to our customer care (customercare@glamest.com) within 2 hours. Past the two hours User can no longer cancel the order.

Glamest srl has adopted measures to ensure that the content of Glamest.com is accurate and does not contain any incorrect or out-of-date information. However, Glamest srl cannot be held liable for the accuracy and completeness of the content posted by Glamest srl on Glamest.com, except for its liability for tort and gross negligence and as otherwise provided for by the law. 14. Applicable law and dispute resolution

The General Conditions of Sale are governed by the Italian law. In case of any dispute between the seller and the end user, Court in charge will be Savona Court
